Bar Mitzvah Club

The Bar Mitzvah Club is designed for boys who are approaching that very special time
in their life. This club focuses on why a Bar Mitzvah is an important and integral part of
being Jewish both from a historical and contemporary perspective.
More than a series of classes, this program will forge a unique bond between the
Bar Mitzvah boys themselves, and the Rabbi, as well as give them a perspective
on some of the vital and relevant Jewish topics.
The Bar Mitzvah Club will provide a forum in which pre-Bar Mitzvah boys will have a
chance to learn about the mechanics and meanings of the prayers, lead the service
with the support of the Rabbi and get a real hands on Shul experience.
